Known professionally by his stage name, Tushar Karnal, the 23-year-old native of New Prem Colony has quietly become the administrative backbone for several high-profile films and music videos.

Born on October 23, 2002, to parents Rinku and Sushma, Tushar completed his schooling through the 10th standard before pursuing higher education, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. While many of his peers looked toward conventional careers or international travel, Tushar chose to stay rooted in India to chase a singular, lifelong ambition: a permanent career in film production.

As a chief production administrator, Tushar is responsible for the daily execution of business operations, budget management, and complex logistics on highly demanding film sets. His executive capabilities have already been proven across a diverse slate of feature films, including Nishana, Sandookadee, Jeonde Raho Bhoot Ji, and Full Moon.

In addition to his contributions to feature cinema, Tushar has also managed the logistics for an extensive lineup of mainstream music videos. Notable credits in his portfolio include the hit tracks “Malwa Block” performed by Preet Thind, and “Ek Bijli” by veteran vocalist Ravinder Grewal.
